We opted for Fractal Design's Meshify 2 and Define 7 series chassis' to add a rugged reliability along with a touch class.
Each chassis providing a subtle contrast between unmatched cooling (Meshify 2) and whisper quiet silencing (Define 7).
All of our systems are optimally tuned for performance and benchmarked/stress tested for reliability.
Power and thermal profiles are preconfigured to ensure both efficiency and near silent operation.

Opting for a high-end graphics card will require the provision of an 850 watt (min) power supply.
When selecting this option, the upgrade will be automatically applied and included in the listed upgrade selection price.

The AM5 Pro's Fractal Design Meshify 2 case utilises optimal airflow and unrestricted intakes. This is a particular requirement for systems utilising highly graphical workloads.
If high-end graphics isn't a requirement and absolute silence is of more importance, then we would advise switching to the Define 7 chassis.
Whilst still maintaining adequate ventilation, the Define 7 utilises a more isolated airflow system and includes the provision of acoustically treated panels.

In accordance with your statutory rights, all purchases made through RTS are subject to a 14 day cooling-off period. Within this time frame you are well within your rights to cancel our agreement and request a full refund or replacement.
Our warranty terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Warranty Applicable to Desktop, Tower and Workstations
All systems are subject to a 3 year RTS warranty under the following terms
- 3 years parts.
(1st year fast-swap. 2 years assisted manufacturer replacement). - 3 years labour.
- 6 month free collection/return.
- Monitors.
- Input Devices (Keyboards/Mice).
- External Storage Devices.
- Expansion Cards.
Warranty Applicable to Laptops
Our range of DELL branded laptops are generally supplied with a 1 year on-site hardware warranty.
In the event of a hardware failure, utilisation of this service will provide your fastest resolution. Once the repair has been authorised, a DELL engineer can usually be with you next working day.
In addition to this, RTS provide a 1 year 'return to base' warranty covering any non hardware related issues. Free collection and return shipping will occur within the first 6 months from date of purchase.
For added assurance when protecting your investment, we offer a 3 year laptop warranty extension which can be purchased at the point of sale.
Under these circumstances, RTS would be solely responsible for both hardware and software support during years two and three. This extension period would be based upon a 'return to base' premise, with on-site assistance only available during the first year.
Warranty Applicable to Peripherals
Peripheral categorisation is defined as supplementary items which did not form part of the listed system specification. These include the following products.
As a general rule, these devices are subject to a 1 year RTS 'return to base' warranty with free collection/return shipping occurring within the first 3 months.
In many instances the manufacturers warranty applied to these items will provide extended coverage.
